AI Gold Jewellery Design — Karat-Accurate Renders, Live BOM
22kt bridal, 18kt daily-wear, rose-gold editorial, white-gold diamond — Facetra renders every gold variety with karat-accurate warmth and pairs each render with a live-rate BOM the client can pre-approve.
Gold is the substrate of Indian jewellery. Whether it's a heavy 22kt Kundan bridal aad, an 18kt white-gold solitaire, a rose-gold cocktail ring or a matte-yellow lightweight daily-wear chain, the render has to read as GOLD — not painted plastic, not a decorative overlay. Getting the karat warmth right is what separates a serious jewellery render from a generic AI image.
Facetra's material library is tuned to karat — 24kt (kundan foil), 22kt (Indian bridal standard), 18kt (Western fine jewellery), 14kt (lightweight international market), plus rose-gold copper-alloy warmth and white-gold rhodium finish. Every render includes a live BOM at today's Zaveri Bazaar rate so your client sees the cost breakdown alongside the visual — pre-approving the piece before manufacture.
What is AI gold jewellery design?
AI gold jewellery design is the workflow of using AI models — with karat-aware material vocabulary and live gold-rate integration — to render gold ornaments (necklaces, rings, earrings, bangles, chains) in a photorealistic, karat-accurate way that reflects both the visual appearance of the metal and the manufacturing cost at spot price. Facetra covers 22kt bridal, 18kt fine jewellery, 14kt lightweight, rose gold, white gold and gold-plated silver, with the correct warmth, reflectivity and hallmark integration for each.
What Facetra delivers for gold jewellery
- Karat-accurate warmth — 24kt / 22kt / 18kt / 14kt / rose / white — each renders with correct hue and reflectivity
- Live BOM at today's Zaveri Bazaar gold rate — auto-refreshes every session
- Bridal / daily-wear / editorial / lightweight positioning tokens change the render treatment
- Combined gold + stone renders — 22kt gold with uncut Polki, 18kt with diamond, rose gold with morganite
- Hallmark and BIS mark integration on the render (optional, per atelier preference)
- Multi-view sheet + bare-metal CAD-ready + 3D mesh (STL / GLB) — full CAD kit downstream
- Bulk mode — render entire 5-piece bridal sets (necklace + earring + tikka + bangle + ring) with matched gold tone
The Facetra workflow (six steps, one afternoon)
- Upload a sketch, reference photo, or CAD screenshot of the gold piece.
- Pick karat (22kt / 18kt / 14kt), tone (yellow / rose / white), and category (bridal / daily / editorial / lightweight).
- Describe the piece — motif, stones (if any), weight class, ornamentation heaviness.
- Facetra renders in 40-60 seconds with karat-accurate warmth. BOM auto-computes at today's live rate.
- Lasso-refine any region. Chain into Multi-View + CAD-Ready + 3D Mesh for the full kit.
- Send the render + BOM to your client on WhatsApp. Manufacture starts once the BOM is approved.

Frequently asked questions
Does Facetra render 22kt gold differently from 18kt or 14kt?
Yes. Each karat has a distinct warmth signature — 24kt is deep saturated yellow (kundan foil territory), 22kt is the classic Indian bridal warmth, 18kt is slightly paler (Western fine jewellery), 14kt reads almost as pale-yellow-white. Facetra's material library reproduces each accurately, and you can override with a free-form prompt if you need a house-specific finish.
Is the BOM live-rate or approximate?
Live-rate. The BOM pulls the day's 22kt and 24kt gold rate from Zaveri Bazaar (Mumbai) via our upstream feed, applies your karat weight from the piece description or CAD volume, and adds stone / karigar / VAT / making-charge lines. You can override any value manually — the BOM is fully editable before export as PDF.
Can I render rose gold accurately?
Yes — Facetra distinguishes rose gold (copper-alloyed for a warm pink) from yellow gold and from pink gold-plated silver. The prompt vocabulary supports "rose gold", "copper-alloyed gold", and "14kt rose" with different visual results for each.
How does Facetra handle white gold vs. platinum?
White gold has a rhodium-plated finish that reads slightly warmer than platinum. Facetra renders them distinctly — pick "18kt white gold" for the rhodium look or "platinum" for the cool-grey pure-metal appearance. On diamond seats, prong tips are always rhodium-white regardless of the body metal.
Can I mix gold karats in one piece (22kt body, 24kt Kundan foil)?
Yes. Kundan work is always 24kt foil regardless of the body metal, and Facetra automatically layers the material accordingly. Same for meenakari (enamel over 22kt base) and granulation (fused 22kt beads on a 22kt body). Describe the piece naturally and Facetra applies the right material stack.
